Good happy hour, good food, good service. The Caesar salad, the focaccia with the straccitella and prosciutto, and the radiatori pasta were fantastic. The artichokes were good but not my favorite.
Run do not walk to try the agnolotti! Literally hit the spot and with any luck, you’ll be sat in Greg’s section. Greg was a server for the books. Super attentive and blessed with the gift of gab, making a Friday dinner that much better. Dio mío and Greg are both nonna approved!
If I could rate the food and service more than a 5, I would. Best restaurant in Denver and best pasta I've had in my life; on top of that, best atmosphere any restaurant could have. Truly a gem of the city. It doesn't get better than Dio Mio!
I was spoiled eating Italian food in the north east so maybe I have high standards but I was disappointed with the penne allá vodka 😢 it was okay but not even close to what an allá vodka dish is.
My friends and I went here and our server, Sina, was amazing! They were so attentive and gave us great recommendations. I’d highly recommend the meatballs, focaccia, lasagna, and cacio y pepe.
