I scheduled shots for my child a month ago. They called me to confirm the appointment and I also called prior to confirm the date myself. I found a babysitter for my oldest and was there on time with shot records. They proceeded to tell me they did not have the shots and tried to call me at a bogus number. Was able to get our flu shot after second time being there. Made an appointment to be there for flu shot. But no nurse we had to reschedule. This was my first time experiencing pain with a flu shot and I am 66. It was as the nurse was making sure she hurt my granddaughter and I by ripping out skin. It will be our last time getting a flu shot there and I will remember her face if I ever need to go there for any other shot.
