Take your business elsewhere, had a very bad experience. Guy who helped me decided to plug in car, then proceeded to fail me cause it didn’t pass visual inspection and then proceeded to charge me instead of telling me it wasn’t going to pass from the beginning. Very bad way of doing business trust take your car elsewhere
By far one of the worst smog shops, my car is fully stocked, with a K&N filter on the motor which is supposed to pass smog. He did the whole smog just to charge me and say it didn’t pass. If he doesn’t know the rules/laws then why are you smogging and charging just to say no. Couldn’t you just do a visual inspection and let me know it wasn’t gonna pass?
Would not recommend, they conducted the full smog inspection knowing they were going to fail me on the visual inspection. They should have let me know the visual inspection wasn’t going to pass the moment it was uncovered, rather than proceeding to complete the full smog. I was still charged for the full inspection, greed. Look somewhere else.
Dinuba Smog has the best oil change prices and they're quick at getn the joh done too. Great job Dinuba Smog 👍🏻😎
There were in a hurry to close that my car stayed over the weekend n a day.
