I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the front office staff at Valley Health Team in Dinuba. My appointment has been rescheduled multiple times due to their poor communication and lack of organization. I made it very clear on multiple occasions that I would be late for my appointment, and every time, I was assured by the front office that it would not be an issue and that I would still be able to check in.
