Great Camping This is one of my favorite places to camp. It's a big treat to look down from the cliffs and see gigantic foot prints in the river bottom. The camping is pretty nice and usually quiet especially in the off season.
Nice Tree filled camp grounds. This is a great place to camp. They offer so much more than just a regular camping experience. There are activities you can do during the day like hike down and see the dinosaur tracks. It is a very nice state park to take your family to for a nice camping or day trip.
Neat place to camp. My family drove to Glen Rose from Arlington because my son is a huge fan of Dinosaurs. The drive really wasn't that bad at all. Once we got there you enter the park and pay a small fee to get in. At the entrance you see two huge dinosaurs to take pictures with, and read about. Then there is a little gift shop you can visit and buy little items related to dinosaurs. There are three areas were you can see Dinosaur tracks. Interesting A great place for a family camping expedition. You are greeted by a hugh dinasaur and led to dinasaur footprints in the creek bed located in the park. The gift shop is cute and the prices not to bad....Lots of picture to be taken and the kids will be thrilled. PROS: great family adventure CONS:
