Does not explain process ahead of time, nor in the moment. And they dont have an orthadonist on staff every day of the week to handle emergency situations. Left my child unable to eat what so ever for over a week due to their lack of caring. Would not recommend if you actually care to understand the process or get broken braces off. Place is a joke.
Awesome experience, as always. My son finally had his braces removed, after 4 years. The staff there is very knowledgeable and amazing every time. Very pleasant experience, highly recommend dino dental and dino Ortho.
