Bad service and products faulty. Cracks etc. The company talks in absolutes like communists. There was no error on my part as the product was left without touching. They cannot accept responsibility and deflect. “How you do one thing is how you do everything”.
Love love love this store. Just so many beautiful items to choose from. Fabulous for a present for that someone special or a special occasion.
Avoid this company at call costs! I brought an earth bowl but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Within a few uses, the product started to crack, rendering it completely useless. The quality was shockingly poor. The materials used are cheap and flimsy, unable to withstand even minimal wear and tear. It's clear that no attention to durability or longevity was given during the manufacturing process. Dinosaur Designs has beautiful chunky colourful handmade resin pieces. My favourite is the Daisy Choker!
The team let us try on as much as we wanted. When it came to crunching down and making a decision they were helpful and patient.
