Nikki was amazing and we love her
I stored my family’s belongings when we became homeless in 2022. Within weeks, my unit was heavily contaminated with rodent feces, urine, and dead mice, destroying many items. Management implied rodent issues were not uncommon and said I could fill out a claim but it probably wouldn’t get approved and that it would only be around 1k which was only a fraction of what my items were worth.
