Went today for a back session, purchased a day pass. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in staff were friendly and so were all the people training. Good selection of equipment and plenty of weight to go around! Gym has that old school feel and the pictures around the walls prove that if you put the time and effort in you can achieve great things. Thank you for a pleasant experience I will be back soon!!!!

Warning.. visiting here will result in a loss of your dignity very Embarrassing. They can keep the direct debit too just silliness. In summary it’s not for me.
It's a fantastic gym. I travelled to Birmingham for the business course and I drove halfway across the city in order to train at Dino's gym anytime I am in order in Birmingham. This is where I go to train. It's a classic weights gym and I wouldn't train anywhere else
