Their freezer door had an issue last week and the ice cream melted. I bought two Deans orange sherberts and it had a bad taste. I took it back to the store to let them know that they had a problem with the freezer. I didn't have a receipt and told them up front that I didn't want a refund . A worker in the store said they did have a problem with the freezer but the so called Vice president of the store said he doesn't like customers that complain! Dino's has a couple of hidden gems -- the meat counter is excellent and Dino's kitchen at the back of the store has the best burritos as far as I am concerned. The tamales are always good and we just pre-ordered a bunch for our family dinner. The other thing people should know is that over the last 30+ years Dino's has helped the Hanover Park Lions, Local Churches and Food Pantries.
