I placed an order for chamberlain suits, they told me to go pick up the deposits because "the company had closed." Then they told me they hadn't placed the order in over a month and the lady told me their schedules were different from ours…Hello??!!! That's what they get paid for. 0 stars
My son was misinformed by one of their employees. He believed he was purchasing the items, but when he went to pick them up, he was told that he had only rented them and would need to return them. For the amount he paid in rental fees, we could have bought the items brand new.
