Recently had my Acura tlx serviced it was efficient and quick and I believe his name was MARK he was very honest and friendly I felt like I wasn’t rushed into something my car didn’t necessarily need. 10/10!!
I wish I could mark 0 stars. They wanted to do a few repairs that I my husband thinks that one needs to be done. Others aren’t worth it for the cars age. The quote was unbelievable. One item was over 1,000 for front brake pads to be replaced. They weren’t worn too much and no special repair. That’s double a reasonable price. All needs were exorbitantly priced. Why? I’m a woman? My car was old and they didn’t want my business? Don’t listen to the 4.7 on Google or the 4.4 on Yelp. This place is a jip joint!
Very disappointed. Came in May for an Oil Pan Leak that they fixed but then I had to come in a few weeks later for the same problem but they said it wasn’t under the warranty so they charged again for the full price. I then got the same Oil Pan leak for the 3rd time only a few weeks later. It seems the repairs are not high quality and will not fix your issue. Very disappointed in their lack of care and low quality repairs. The auto care business is all about integrity and quality service when there is none it’s hard to trust... read more
