Incredible team and supper honest. I trust them 100% with all my cars
Dino's provides great customer service and is a vaulable resource for car repair in the northend. We have had our cars repaired there through the years with both current and prior owners. Some of the staff has been there for many years. With the new ownership and additional technical expertise we have had excellent results, most recently with a challenging electrical "ghost" that was troubleshot and repaired faster than expected. Highly recommended.
Responsive, fair, professional and knowledgeable. They wee excellent to work with and showed they care about their work and meeting the customers needs.
Disappointed. Price was not informed upfront and slapped with a bill. Stated it take hours to do diagnostic so kept the car. I took it to two different shops after to cross check. It took them 5 minute in diagnostic and the estimate that was given upfront was more 50% less. Definitely deceptive advertising
