Excellent company! Honest, professional , polite, and caring employees that actually give a care about your situation. And not gouge you out of greed. We had to replace nearly our entire septic line of 125'. This is after another plumbing company came in and took advantage and didn't fix a thing. Learning moments can be killer sometimes. Ryan came out and got my drain cleared and even informed me on how to prevent backups in the future. He was extremely nice and showed me the tools he used which was very helpful. Price point was great and he was on time. I will be recommending them to friends and family when they need a plumber.
We have a huge job ahead in our bathroom and Ryan was amazing at handling our situation. He checked in at various points to ensure we were aware of what was happening and asked multiple times if we were okay to continue considering potential costs. All over, a great experience and we look forward to getting this project finished with Dinomite Services.
I called late afternoon needing plumbing assistance and they were able to come within a couple of hours. The technician was very nice and worked fast! That was the best plumbing service I have ever hired and would hire them again, thank you so much!
