Called Sunday for a leak at my water filtration pipes, Was out Monday morning, fixed the issue, looked at another issue, fixed that, and explained how I can maintain to prevent a couple of the issues i was having. Justin was professional, personable, knowledgeable and awesome. At the end when i received invoice, i was blown away by how affordable it was compared to other plumbing services I've used around here. Thanks Justin!
Fantastic. The guy I spoke to on the phone was super nice. I explained the emergency situation I had and he said t"oo easy". Had someone to the house in like an hour. That guy was quick and knew just what to do. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
Dinomite came and cleared a clogged drain. I called at 9am on a Saturday. They arrived and had the clog cleared by 11am. Price was reasonable (as plumbers go anyway...LOL). Justin was knowledgeable, obviously well trained and experienced, and very professional. I am putting them at the top of my list to call first when I need a plumber at home, for my business, and my church!
Fantastic experience. Had after hours water emergency while traveling oversees. My neighbor was able to coordinate with Dinomite and had the issue resolved within two hours at 1/5 of the cost of my normal plumber. Guess who will be receiving all of my plumbing business moving forward?
Called to set up a time to get the FREE water test that is advertised on the web site for a new water treatment system for my home. I was told that the worker will be calling me to set up the time for the appointment. When he called, I was informed that the water test was going to be $50.00 and not free. At that time, I told him that is not what the web site says and was told that that was an old add and not valid anymore. If the company cannot be trusted on what is advertised how can they be trusted on their work.
