I used Joseph for a home foundation inspection a while back and he showed up when he said he would and communicated well throughout . I would highly recommend their services.
They cut a hole in the floor, which is fine and needed to be done, but they thought I wanted them to "finish" it, like put it back brand new.... no, there's nothing supporting the hole you made, it's going to sag, which it has now. all you had to do was get some joist hangers, some lumber, and box it out so the plywood has something to catch. I have been trying to get someone to come give an estimate for about 2 months. After all the hassle they scheduled for an estimate yesterday no call no show. Had the audacity to call today and say they could come over today. NOPE gonna look for someone who is more dependable
