Fast and easy purchase.
Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a tractor from Dino Equipment & Outdoors and used it for about 6 months before bringing it back to them because I was having problems with the air conditioning. The tractor has now been at their shop for 4 months dealing with ongoing problems. During this entire time, I have continued making payments on a tractor that I haven’t been able to use. Our salesman, Johnny, waited and met us at closing time on a Saturday. We were there an hour and he was very helpful, accommodating and personable. We appreciate the excellent customer service! We will definitely go back for any future purchases and will refer them to others.
