It appears that the employee they sent "Eric" was unlicensed and never checked their work. We were charged for 2 people 5 hours to install 1 recessed light. Every time we asked them to correct their work they billed us again.The electrical panel had two wires unattached of course this was hidden behind the panel just days before the walls were to to up. Unfortunately, the Greenes have attempted to distort the electric work that was done by our company after Hurricane Wilma. We were under contract with a very reputable builder in town ( 40 years plus) and did the work as specified. They wanted to have the whole house remodeled and the insurance investigators did not agree. Dinnen Electric has been in business for over 27 years .We tried to appease Gloria Greene, but could not damage our license by doing work that was not within the contract.Report for abuse
We used Dinnen Electric for our home remodel. After several estimates we chose Dinnen Electric because they were less expensive and had a great reputation. They were extremely professional, courteous and their workers were prompt and kept on schedule. Since finishing the job I have used them on several occasions for repairs in other areas of the house and I am always happy with their work! I have reccomended them to all of my neighbors and friends in town.
