We hired a medium sized unit for a short term in Albany. The customer service was very good, Ivy was a great communicator and was always quick to return my calls and answer any queries. As was Evie who liased with me regarding hand over and return of keys. The unit itself was clean and more spacious than we expected. We had no trouble with access to the facility. With stresses over moving ect I have had the most pleasant interactions with staff they are very lovely to speak with I wouldn't go and rent any other storage facility ever again I'll definitely recommend Dinky di self storage units.
