Mr Kenny Dinkins is an excellent craftsman of fine jewelry and the repair of fine jewelry.
I’m a repeat customer and have had nothing but wonderful experiences here! The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient. The quality of the jewelry is stunning, and you can tell each item is crafted with care. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and how they always make the whole process feel special from start to finish. Absolute nightmare dealing with this place. Please don’t go Dinkins Family Jewelry or ever trust their word. My wife and myself decided around September of last year to have some family jewelry repurposed to allow myself to have a new charm and my wife, daughters and nieces to get a ring from our family gold. The communication was awful what I wanted I did not receive. I wanted a double road diamond I had all the diamonds it could’ve been done. I got a single row of diamonds and it was in yellow gold not white gold as I had specified so the communication is awful have it all in writing before you leave I’m highly dissatisfied. I will go to Jacksonville next time. It would be worth a drive.
