Great service, friendly mechanic, incredibly timely. I was 1.5 hours from my home when my truck overheated late in the day around 4:30 pm. I called Tim Dinkins and left a message and Tim called me right back. I arranged a tow to his shop and got a rental to get home. The next morning, Tim called me at 7:00 am and said I needed a new radiator, mine was busted. When I asked when he could get me back on the road, I was expecting to hear at least a week. To all of my Facebook Family and Friends in Tifton, Ga. If you’re ever in need of any type of Truck or Automotive service, just call Tim at Dinkins Auto repair on 7th Street. I dropped off my vehicle for A/C service, (compressor) and it was ready the next day… The A/C is now cold and working great… Tim’s price was much less than the competition. And he’s located right in town near I-75. I will be back!!! A big Thank You to Tim Dinkins and his Staff.
Tim was exceptional, has reasonable costs and has a quick turnaround on repairs. He'll keep in touch should he need any parts he may need to order. My car was in another local repair shop for over a month in which nothing was done but wanted $3000 to fix it, however Tim check the problem and in one day told me what was really wrong and it only cost $300. He was life saver.
Exceptional service and the mechanics were the best. We were traveling home from vacation and broke down on the interstate. Our tow truck driver recommended them. Was very surprised how fast the service was. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience with Tim! I came from Athens, GA to purchase a vehicle…didn’t get to his shop until about 7:30 for a pre-purchase inspection, and he was happy to accommodate. He is very reasonably priced and incredibly knowledgeable, especially with Hondas. My family lives in Tifton, and I’ve given them his info to use him in the future. You can’t go wrong with him!
