The place is super clean. The manager, Christie, was amazing. Long story short, she caught a bug on their website when I went to turn over my unit. She ended up saving me $80 in a time where I REALLY needed it moving into a new place. Thank you so much again Christie you made a positive impact on my life and I would 100% recommend Dini’s storage to anyone.
I had to store my things here for a few months while out of town, and I am so thankful I did. This place is spotless, not a single dust particle or bug was ever seen inside, it smells extremely clean, and I know all of that is because of Christie who works here. Every time I came by, she was sweeping, bug spraying proactively to protect the inside, and was extremely helpful. This company (specifically this location) cleaned out my unit and gave most of my belongings to a third party company. They did not legally notify me of their plan to clear out my unit, and they are legally obligated to do so in writing. I had to pay an additional fee to the third party company to get my stuff back. However, Several of my items are missing and I have statements from the third party stating that they did not pick up any items like the ones I had photos of (luckily, I took photos of everything I put in the loc... read more
