customer I went to this store to look for a wood dinette set. The salesman was very helpful , but I did not feel the quality was there in the sets I looked at. Some of their sets are very expensive. They have just about all sizes and styles, bar stools and a wide variety of chair styles.
When I walked in the door I was really surprised by the huge selection and the quality of the furniture I saw. The salespeople were very knowledgeable and helpful. The variety of styles and prices were great.. sets that cost a few hundred dollars and custom order sets that cost thousands.. Definitely have a big selection for any budget. I would be surprised if anyone looking for a kitchen or dining table did not find what they were looking for at this place.
If I could rate a zero, I would...And the zero would be averaged up from a negative by the fact that initially, the owner and his son were very personable and not overbearing. Once we paid in full, the customer service was beyond horrible...We were told 3-4 weeks tops to get our table, which we hoped to get by Halloween for a party(ordered very beginning of October...When we heard NOTHING by November, we called and were told they would let us know...Still no table for Thanksgiving--sorry guests!--and we call again--"probably... read more
Great selection and service! – We have purchased items at Dinette Showcase. Their selection is incredible and we were totally pleased with our purchase. If you want to save money and time - go there. If you want to spend thousands of dollars on designer furniture - look elsewhere.
