Good service
Real customer service. Was in the process of moving and had an engine light come on. Dingeall Ford understood my dilemma and took my truck in with no wait, and we're able to get me back on the road within 2 hours. Jamie was fantastic not only working on the truck but also speaking to me about it. The service advisors were great as well. Unfortunately, I forgot their names, but they deserve a shout-out as well. I gotta tell you, this vehicle purchase was the most thought out auto purchase I've had in many years and I was no quick customer! I had contact with more than one car dealer in town, did hours of research on vehicles and truly took my time. I wasn't settling for a vehicle OR a service team that wasn't going to serve me long term. Nick was great! He's certainly in high demand.
