Woke up this morning with a park brake fault on our Expedition with a wheel locked up they were open till noon and it was 10:00 am when we called. Told us to get over and they will take a look. Had us out the door in no time, had 2 small children and a dog in the car and 8 more hours to go in the trip, kids and dog roamed free in the dealership and everyone was super accommodating. This is what a dealer experience should be like. I will be purchasing my next Ford from Dingwall Dryden
