I had a leak in the basement during the Halloween week of 2024, during a rain storm. It was coming from around a pipe, so I called my plumber. My plumber determined it was a sleeve around the vent pipe that was leaking from the roof. I had saved Ding Sheng's number when I saw their lawn sign down the street.
