Ding’s Garden has always been our family’s favorite. Many of their dishes are classic and consistently delicious. My absolute favorite is still the scallion pancake. I order it every time, and I can easily eat two servings by myself! The Dan Dan noodles are also a must-order. It’s so good!

I visited this restaurant twice before its permanent closure on April 15, 2026. Some dishes were excellent, while others were just average. Szechwan DanDan Dry Noodle w/ Peanuts: Excellent. It was a bowl of dry noodles topped with green onions, crushed peanuts, and sesame sauce. It tasted like an upgraded version of sesame noodles with a better texture.
