Both Shane and Kayla are great I’ve had past hip mobility issues and shoulder pain and Shane has helped me to fix tooth those issues and strengthening myself in the process. Im also a mid single digit golfer and was happy to hear Shane used to work on the LPGA and has given plenty of golf specific exercises which has taken my golf game to another level

I went here because I needed to see an osteopath and saw good reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. I have been seeing Kayla for 5-6 weeks now and have felt a major improvement in my health. I have been tight in my jaw and shoulders and haven’t been breathing properly for months and she has really helped me feel so much better with our sessions and the exercises she gives me. I haven’t met too many others but the staff I have met are so lovely!
