I’ve been very fortunate to have been treated by Dr Kayla. Her clinic work is highly effective, she provides lots of guidance on exercises to do at home if appropriate and she has a lovely caring and engaging personality. I highly recommend Dr Kayla Ellis.
In late 2024 I had 5 sessions with Shane over 10 weeks in regards to very sore and uncomfortable lower back issues from Truck driving and now for the first time in years my back is very stable and with Shane's stretching exercises and the occasional pressure point ball to use in the Truck I haven't had to go back for ages. Thanks Shane, bloody Awesome
