Submitted a quote as normal, I have been local to the area and wanted to get my boat retubed. He didn’t respond for three weeks and when I asked why it’s taken so long, he got defensive and started calling all sorts of racist names. I thought we as Connecticut residents were above this but it’s sad to see from a local shop.
