Luxury Lathering – Just got my car washed and I am in a very good mood. I don't know why this place always puts me in such a good mood?! I think it's because of the kind staff or probably the fact that my car is spotless or MAYBE and most likely because of the massage chairs. Either way im one happy camper!
Fast, Friendly and Excellent results. – I took my 2004 Miata to Ding Masters yesterday and I still can't believe what an incredible job Carl did. As many of you can relate, there are few things worse than coming out of a store and seeing a door ding on the side of your flawless car. Excellent workmanship – I have a 94 Cavalier Convertible. It had a lot of dings and the right rear was pushed in. I took it to Ding Masters and was told it would cost $500 to clean up everything. I am really glad I did it. He removed over 50 small dings from my car. Imagine the bondo at other repair places. He knocked out the right rear even cleaner than I expected. My cars looks brand new and i save a bunch of money – Someone gave me a big dent above my wheel well in a parking lot. The dent was noticeably bad because the rest of my car was nearly perfect. I took it to the best body shop in town and they quoted over $1000. Carl quoted me much less than 1/2 that. I was a little reluctant because of some of these reviews, but Carl seemed trustworthy. Dig Masters makes dents worse!!!! – Stay away from this place...it is the place with the old fire engine. Took my car to Carl's Ding Masters (dingmasters) paintless dent repair. Carl was real friendly and told me that he could get my small dent to look 90% better for $125.00. The dent was on the fender and about 2 inches across. I am going to sell the car, and though the dent was hardly noticeable, I wanted the car perfect. Business response:
This car was in very bad shape. The paint was dry and brittle, the conv top was tearing, etc. I explained it was a risky dent, the paint could crack. He agreed. He screamed profanities, kicked chairs, yelled to people on the street, threw a book at me, peeled out in front of his 10yr old son. Ive done over 20,000 ding repairs and probably should have passed. I disclosed the risk and he chose to do it anyway. I have a feeling the extreme reaction wasn't just about the result of the ding repair.
