Ding how Asian bistro is very nice and It is French bistro like in the sense that it has a bar stocked with wine and liquor. The bar has a big TV and they serve wings so it could be a nice place for catching a game or having a date. They have lots of room and good food selection. Customer service is very good but can sometimes be a little slow. When busy. The atmosphere is nice also. Prices are acceptable.
The egg drop soup is best in Jackson. The cashew shrimp is otherworldly. 10/10. Will be back every chance I get.
I went here on a Thursday evening at about 7 pm. At the time we were the only people sitting in there but when we left they had a few more tables and many to go orders come through. Having not been here before we got there appetizer sampler(only sauces pictured oops). Everything there was quite good. I was personally quite fond of the white sauce which was coconut based. Reminded me sort of of honey mustard. My companion ordered the orange chicken. I found it quite enjoyable when I tried a piece of it. Very orange much enjoy... read more
I remember many years ago they was on the frontage road we’d eat there every weekend like the whole roofing crew and I remember came on radio they found cats in freezer and the owner claimed they was eating them 🤢🤮I’m glad I always ate the seafood but they closed down then waiting to open this place 🤣🤣🤣I would never eat from them ever
This place never disappoints!! A “hidden gem” in Ridgeland. The Ding How is a great, “authentic” Chinese destination. Amazing service in a welcoming atmosphere. Great Egg rolls, spring rolls, crab wontons, soups and salads. Hot, crispy, fresh meals prepared with skill and care. Egg drop soup is hot temperature wise, salty goodness. The hot and sour soup has that spice and tang that you seek. It’s savory and delicious. The Orange Beef is crispy, sweet, savory with the orange soy sauce and citrus zest you crave. This is an exc... read more
