Dr. failed to listen to me when I repeatedly advised him and his staff of specific details regarding my health history and the specialists that I currently see ... Dr Vyas repeatedly demanded that I have a "follow-up appointment" with a cardiologist, even though I've never seen a cardiologist .... If they can't manage that particular detail -after having been REPEATEDLY advised of the detail, what details will be missed in the procedure when I'm under anesthesia? RE: STAFF I have yet to have the pleasure of meeting the doctor, but I will say, his staff returns calls at their leisure. I do not understand what is going on. 9/10 no one ever answers the phone, there's always a recording on, several times I HAVE LEFT THREE MESSAGES, AND NO CALL BACK FOR DAYS. Is anyone experiencing the same thing?

My consultation was on August 20th, a fatty mass on my back needs to be removed. He saw a tattoo on my upper back and told me that he could remove it. I told him no thanks. He said that the office would be in touch. It's September 19th. No one has been in touch. If someone contacted me tomorrow,I would say no thanks. So unprofessional, don't do it
