This doctor is useless. As a neurologist he should acknowledge, properly diagnose, and treat my mom's dementia but he refused to do so. My mom has seen him for years to treat her seizure disorder and he never noticed her cognitive decline and failed to ever diagnose her with dementia. She had to be diagnosed by another doctor. They have the rudest and most unprofessional front office staff. Luce refused to help me. I asked if she could double check my insurance, transfer me to someone who could help me, or answer any questions I had. She made the decision to just cancel my appointment. I asked why, she said that it was because I refused to pay $100 upfront. They wait until the evening before to let me know that I have to pay $100 and by the way it needs to be paid now on the spot before my appointment. Rude front office staff.
The staff needs retraining, they are rude.
Cannot get this doctor to return calls following my father’s spinal tests and treatment to explain findings and outcomes (my dad is deaf). WEEKS with nurses, even other doctors (hospitalist) trying to get him to contact me-no response. Ridiculous.
