After 2 years of barely any use I used my dinerite knife to cut an apple and the blade completely snapped. In half. After being told in the product demonstration that they are a superior brand and to throw out all our other branded knives, because every brand is inferior and that these are a lifetime knife - it snaps on an apple. Good product, until it breaks, they have no communication regarding warranties. They have a 10 year warranty and I'm just hoping at this stage that they will respond within the 10 years. Funny though how quick they were to take my money, and if I go to the website to order something it is immediate and shipping happens within a couple days. Why cant they have the same service level for supporting their product and warranty?
