Had a legitimate emergency with our Dachshunds right eye and the counter person refused to have the vet look at him after being a customer there over thirty years. I never had a problem before but this lady didn't give a damn and suggested taking him somewhere else? so we did and got ripped off we are very disappointed and this person doesn't care about Dr.Dines customers or our Dog sadly we are looking for another veterinarian.
