Milly on reception is avery helpful girl. Always polite. When my husband lost his car keys she rang him to say she had found them. Thanks again Milly keep up the good work.

I rang up tuesday for an appointment for my young child the woman on the phone was really nice and helpful managed to book me in for a gp appointment the same day after explaining her symptoms. Arrived at time given and called in very quick to see GP who was really caring and give my little girl antibiotics that alder hey failed to give and 3 days later she is so much better so thanks so much for the great service and patient care we received

Unbelievably poor service from Dinas Lane Medical Centre. I called about a repeat prescription that was refused, even though they had already received the referral letter confirming it. When I asked the receptionist to read the referral letter, they refused, saying they were “too busy assisting other patients.” When I explained that my situation was just as important, they replied, “That’s not how we work here.” They then told me I’d need to contact the hospital myself to ask the doctor to reword the letter — how is that my ... read more

Great doctors, very supportive when Mum was sick and they have helped me every time I phone or visit. The doctors treat you like a person and take your views into account when they offer you treatment or think you need other services. Its just a shame the rest of the NHS isn't able to see you quicker, would have prevented a lot of unecessary pain. This if no reflection on Dinas Lane they did everything they could as fast as they could.
