Dinah is a tremendous person with a golden work ethic. She is kind, patient, and goes above and beyond leaving no stone unturned when it comes to finding you the right home. A very professional realtor with an encyclopædia of knowledge on the real estate market. She found us a home in Mine Hill NJ back in April of 2021, in the midst of a mess that the real estate market was, yet she made this otherwise stressful process an easy and pleasant endeavor.

If there’s a better real-estate team working in Bergen County than Dinah de Avalos and her colleagues at Friedberg Properties in Cresskill, we can’t imagine it. We were fortunate to work with Dinah on a recent estate sale, she in Cresskill and we a couple thousand miles away. Not being local residents, we weren’t aware of the Bergen realty market or the reputation of area realtors. Dinah helped me at a very vulnerable time to find a place to live. She was incredibly diligent, respecting my preferences and constraints, and didn't waste my time with properties that she knew I would not like. I deal with real estate agents all the time, and Dinah is one of the very best. I recommend her without reservation.

Dinah is absolutely incredible! I could not thank her enough for all of her efforts to make the process of moving into our new home as easy as possible. Within a tight time frame she was able to get everything in order for us, which was so impressive. She is efficient, easy to communicate with, transparent and genuine. Overall HIGHLY recommend Dinah!
