I started with Dina around 4 months ago because my core was so weak that even standing up for a long period of time was challenging for me (post two c-sections). Dina has been incredible. She is reliably amazing at her job, she is authentic, non-judgemental, and has a wonderfully warm energy. I have learnt a lot about my body, and am a significantly stronger version of myself. I don't usually write reviews at all, but Dina has made such a difference to my life that I felt compelled to write one

Dina helped me find alternative medicine, which helped my low immunity. I kept getting reoccurring infections, it was the perfect solution after several courses of antibiotics.

I found Dina to be very knowledgeable, while she also listened to my concerns and looked at immediate ways they could be addressed. Her advice was reasonable, including things I could implement straight away, and she also keeps you accountable. She won't push products on you, but will tailor advice and treatment around your needs. I had been suffering with constant colds and flus over a period of months and can happily say I've now been sniff-free since seeing her! Would definitely recommend.
