Very disappointed with the way they handle issues after closing. They just refuse to communicate with you. I have sold many properties but for the first time ever on a sale of my property, this company did an escrow hold for the utilities. No big deal as I have dealt with people in the past who didnt pay their final bills after closing. I however did pay my bills and they refuse to return the money held in escrow.
