Dina was very approachable, down to earth and non-judgmental. She does a fabulous job with couples. Skilled at not taking sides, and encouraging us to remain a team. We loved our time with Dina.
Had two different appointments, the first one she cancelled because she claimed to be sick but sounded weird. My husband rescheduled, and she didn't even show up, no call, nothing. When we showed up for the appointment, the receptionist even tried to call the "doctor" but couldn't get an answer. Not going to try anymore. Very unprofessional.
I had two sessions with Dina and everything went well. The third session, I got there on time and waited. It was five minutes after start time and she hadn't called me into her office. So I approached her door and I noticed her door was ajar so I went inside only to find an empty room with a note on her desk. The note addressed me by name and said she would be a bit late. Dina has been the greatest help I could have ever received. Not only is she highly qualified, but she is extremely sociable and friendly. Without her, I wouldn't be where I am today.
