Dina was remarkably attentive to my concerns today. She is forward-thinking and open-minded. She was extremely thorough in explaining relevant information and potential treatment options.
Never again. Lacked all empathy, was extremely cold, and told me it was most likely psychological. Went to another specialist and was told what I was experiencing was REAL and it was absolutely not in my head. She was rude to me when asking about what was going on. Clearly did not look at the notes the nurse took before she came in and acted like I was an inconvenience.
The front desk lady was the nicest ever. The doctor on the other hand was horrific. She was so rude and didn’t want to hear a thing I had to say. Criticized me for multiple things in the rudest way and even dropped the F word in the room. Never again will I be back at that office.
The absolute worst doctor i have EVER encountered. She should be ashamed at the way she speaks to her patients. I went to her for bladder pain and she told me it was all in my head and it’s just my anxiety and “there’s nothing wrong with me”. She even went as far as to tell me i should see a therapist and that will make my pain go away because “it’s all in my head”.
