I’m shocked there’s a negative review about this doctor or staff. As soon as Dr. Pahlajani walked into the room to see my newborn I felt comfortable. I’ve also been working in healthcare for over 20 years, so I’m quite picky when it comes to choosing a practitioner. I trust that she’ll take good care of my baby and recommend her to see your newborn! I don’t believe this location is taking any new patients other than newborns. My daughter’s insurance signed dr.pablajani (pcd) as her doctor so . I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter spoke to nat and someone other lady at the front desk .. both told me they are not accepting new patients till December and recommended me to call my insurance and try to get her to another doctor or take her to urgent care .. was not helpful at all.. they said can’t see her even for emergency since she’s not in their system . We've been seeing Dr. PAHLAJANI for 4 years since right after my 2 child was born. She's very friendly and easy to talk to. As a mother with a lot on my plate, I feel very understood and supported by Dr. Pahlajani. When she gives advice and her perspective, it's always greatly appreciated and helpful. My kids like her a lot they're 4&7. We've done in patient visits, and Tele health visits both were helpful when needed. The staff there are always kind. Dr. Pahlajani is the pediatrician for my toddler as well as my newborn. The staff and the provider are all very friendly and helpful. I especially love how Dr. P really takes her time to explain my conditions/diagnosis as well as my treatment options for my kids. If my kid had a sick visit, she would have nature to follow up and check on them as well. She is very professional and her demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.
