Dr Kamel is professional and kind. She definitely took her time and went out of her way to figure out how to help me. I'm seeing Dr. kamel for 2 years and will continue and didnt had any issues infact very pleasant experience. Just be ontime for your appointments people, you cant be late and expect to be seen when there's literally waiting list and otheres trying to catch an appointment!
The office cancelled my appointment days prior to my first appointment in June because the physician was ill. I received a phone call and the admin assistant rescheduled me for 2 months later in August and did not offer alternative options. I asked about a telehealth appointment which was also denied. Two months pass, and I’m unfortunately running behind due to a work emergency and the doctor refuses to see me for this rescheduled visit. Saw Dr. Kamel today. Needed an endocronologist for several years. I found her extremely engaging, listens well and asks lots of questions which Is what I look for in a doctor. She explained clearly everything and answered my questions freely. I would highly recommend her.
