So unprofessional and has no sympathy for patients
Please do not come here. As a type one diabetic who needed urgent medical care her team ignored me and cared less to even respond to my msg that i was desperately asking for an appointment. My needs were not adequately addressed when I requested assistance regarding my diabetic supplies and appointment. It’s a shame.
Great doctor! Kind and very empathetic and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend
Very unprofessional service. I scheduled an appointment several months ago and only received a text message 10 days before my appointment that she was canceling for "unforeseen reasons". You can't even reschedule on the app. The hold time on the phone was over 30 minutes. Needless to say, I hung up.
First time meeting Dr. Kamel was comforting and the staff are nice and friendly .
