Great doctor and friendly staff!
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Kisleva’s office and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Over three appointments, I waited 50-70 minutes each time with minimal apology or explanation. It felt disrespectful, especially given the lack of acknowledgment for the delay. When I finally met Dr. Kisleva, her unwelcoming frown and the bad news she delivered made a terrible first impression. Excellent doctor and staff. Caring and responsive. Only complaint would be the wait time in the office which I see others giving bad reviews for- but it’s understandable when you are dealing with delivering babies! I would expect that at any hospital or OB that performs deliveries. You can’t schedule when someone goes into labor.

I am sharing my personal very frustrating experience with Dr. Kisaleva's office. I went in for an annual well women's exam over six months ago that went relatively smoothly, then was hit with a bill over $700 for a lab test that I did not agree to doing. I have been in communication with the MA team for months now, over and over again, trying to get clarification on the bill with little response and no updates while I field the bill from the lab and try not to get it sent to collections.
