My experience at this outlet was extremely disappointing. I have always loved Din Tai Fung, but unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had so far. The service was poor from the moment I arrived. The staff did not bring me a menu, so I had to get one myself. I was also carrying a handbag, but no one offered me a basket or any place to put it. I've been here many times, and every time someone suggests dinner at Din Tai Fung, I'll make a fuss because I want to try somewhere new. Then the meal arrives, and I'm reminded why people keep coming back. No matter how many times I've eaten here, the food is consistently excellent and I always leave completely satisfied. The fried rice with chicken cutlet is probably the safest and best choice. Savoury, crunchy and with a nice spicy kick in every bite. Fantastic.
