Been going here for a very long time. Yes sometimes the wait is long but having a good Dr is worth it. Front desk has always been good with me. Sometimes they are extra busy but @^$% happens. They have never failed me and I will keep going here as long as I'm in the Bronx.
Dr Balik is a very good MD. Sometimes the wait is long, but it’s worth waiting. Would recommend!
Huge wait time ,, waited 3 hours for flu shot , the waiting q is not properly organised , front desk is horrible and not so active . Doctor is ok and very well but need to manage the way he call so many ppl at once just a suggestion.
