The food was okay. The service and atmosphere was amazing! We’ve had better dim sum. I thought the soup dumplings were delicious!
Awesome place to share and try all kinds of small dishes. The bbq buns are my favorite. The potstickers are good. The chinese broccoli is good (looks like spinach). The bbq pork is good. Plenty of vegetarian options. Tofu skin is good. Eggplant is good. The pineapple buns are the perfect dessert.

2 stars at best. I stopped by Dim Sum Kitchen at UTC recently, hoping for something decent since Sarasota is seriously lacking in good dim sum. I wasn’t expecting San Francisco or New York quality, but I was at least hoping for something warm, fresh, and flavorful. Instead, everything tasted like it came straight from a frozen bag and was steamed just long enough to not be cold.
