I have been seeing Dr Patel for several years. He and his staff have been very helpful. They take time to listen to information I have questions about and my treatment going forward. I feel like I get great care with his entire team.

Dr. Patel demonstrated unprofessional behavior during patient interactions. There were instances where appropriate interpreter services were not utilized for non–English-speaking patients, which can significantly impact patient understanding and care.
