They have what is needed. Gentleman helping was very nice.
We came in 6/20 to rent a tux and dress shoes for a wedding we were attending. The lady helping us was very kind and listened to our requests. Great customer service from her. We brought the dress in that I was wearing to the wedding and she helped us color match. We were in and out within 10 minutes! The day of the wedding, as we were walking to the reception, the bottoms of the shoes started coming off… we ended up having to leave the wedding after the ceremony to change shoes… then, the pants zipper broke and at this poin... read more
I am writing this review on behalf of my son who said he loves his suit that we rented for him for Prom. Everyone was so kind and courteous throughout the entire process and it really made my day seeing my son be taken care of. The entire experience from start to finish was definitely .
Bad customer service. Needs new inventory. Shoes came apart during the funeral service and they did not return our deposit. Another member in our group also had the sole of their shoe fall off completely.
