2/2/2020 First to Review Terrible company. Called to get prices on increasing my business insurance. Next thing I know they have been applied without my consent and I already owe $300. Try to fight it but my agent says all the info is at the home office. Then the home office say they don't have the info because the agent has it all. Finally get a supervisor and as I'm telling her the story- she giggles. I call her on it- and she says "but I think it is funny". I don't find the humor in a company ripping off its customers.
