Very very very poor customer service. Wanted to get some answers about my policies and other questions. First time the person didn't know and the person that handed that part was on vacation but had never received a call back second time need to check with underwriting and no call back.
Was buying a new car and agent stayed later just so I could get insurance. She is an amazing asset to this company. Very knowledgeable.
