I thought this was a great insurance agency until my most recent experience with them. I wasn’t happy about unknowingly paying an entire year of insurance on a home that I no longer owned and then being denied the refund they said I’d be getting. In my opinion, an insurance agency should care more about doing the right thing for their customers than they do about making some extra money off of them.
