Terrible company! No one communicates with each other. Then when everyone finally gets around to communicating they feel the best solution than doing their job is to cancel your policy after they charge you. So by the time you get a letter in the mail three weeks have gone by and now want to prorate what your return should be. Can’t wait to call BBB with the documents I have for proof.
